  2. Click 'Sign In'

  3. Choose the option that says, ‘I am not yet a member…’

  4. Enter your email address and choose a password.

  5. Click ‘Join Ibbaka Talent’.

  6. Follow the instructions in the email confirmation you receive after creating your account.

If you are part of an organization that is adopting Ibbaka Talent, account creation will likely be handled for you. If you are creating an individual profile to join an organization that is on talent.ibbaka.com, please follow the steps above, and then contact the organization or group’s manager to add you to the organization.

First Steps

  1. You should have received an email containing a link to your profile page and a temporary password.

  2. Click the link and sign-in to your profile. We recommend that you change this password right away.

Note: If you can’t find that email, visit talent.ibbaka.com and click on the sign-in link located at the top-right corner of the screen. You can sign-in with Google+, LinkedIn, Facebook or sign-in with your email address.

Account Settings

Account Settings includes the following:

  • Privacy: Set who can see your profile.

  • Manage Email Accounts: Add/remove your email addresses

  • Integrations: Sign in with Google, Facebook, or LinkedIn

Please note that changes are always auto-saved.

To close Account Settings and return to your profile, click the gear icon again, or select Profile from the main menu.

Privacy

We believe you should have the right to choose how your data is used. Privacy settings give you the ability to control the skill data that appears on your profile. If you decide to make these settings private, only you will have access to see and share your data. Please note that by making these settings private, others will not have access to your skill assessments. It may impact your ability to access projects, and your organization's ability to use them in skill reports or career development plans.

Add a Photo to Complete Your Profile

Your Ibbaka Talent Profile displays a summary of your role and location. To edit your summary, click the Edit Profile icon (the pencil) and add a short description about yourself. You can also add a location.

Personalize your summary by including a picture of yourself. Click the camera icon, which launches the Update Profile Picture modal (overlay window). From there, navigate to the file on your computer, select, adjust its size, and close the modal window.

Your picture will become your "avatar" throughout Ibbaka Talent. On the top navigation bar, your avatar is where your menu is located (click avatar to open menu). When someone clicks on your avatar from anywhere in Ibbaka Talent, they will go to your profile.
