Getting Started with Ibbaka Talent Competency Models

 

An Ibbaka Talent competency model enables you, and any number of co-authors, to specify a structure of jobs, roles, competencies, skills and more, and connect learning resources to any element in the model.

Because an Ibbaka Talent competency model is a kind of living document (a subscription to a service rather than files that need to be versioned and distributed), it can evolve along with the shifting landscape of work. If the model is connected with Ibbaka Talent profiles of your people and their skills, you can compare what is really going on in your organization with the model, and take whatever action.

 

Access the Competency Model Library

  1. Open the main menu

  2. Select competencies

  3. You will see your library of competency models
