Find and Connect a Job to your Skill Profile

 

When a job has been made active in a competency model on Ibbaka Talent, it becomes available to connect to your profile. To find the job you want to connect to your profile, you need to know the name of the job. 

 

Connect to Your Job

  1. Navigate to the Roles tab on your Skill Profile 

  2. Click the big, orange PLUS button (+) on the right hand side. If you are a part of more than one company, select the company where you know the job is defined

  3. Type the job name into the ‘Job Name’ field. 

  4. If needed, change the start or the end date for the job.

  5. Click ‘Add’.

You’ll see a little wheel spin in the dialog box while the skills and information for the job are added to your profile. 

When the process completes a new window opens, displaying all the available details of the job from the competency model.
